If you're a stakeholder in the field of Special Education, get ready to participate in the FIRST SPECIAL EDUCATION EXPO in the Philippines. There will be over 50 exhibitors with four types of packages, for as low as P2,000.

Deadline for expression of interest as an event exhibitor is on or before November 2, 2009.

PACKAGE 1:
2 X 3 METER BOOTH SCHEME PhP 6,000.00
Includes:
 Exhibit time from 10 AM to 8 PM
 Fascia board w/ exhibitor’s name
 3 monobloc chairs,
 1 table
 1 set-40w fluorescent lamp
 5 amp convenience outlet
 priority directory listing on newsletter to be given away on site and online,
 flyering,
 selling (10% of sales will go to organizers)*

PACKAGE 2:

Includes:

TABLE SCHEME PhP 2,000.00
Includes:
 exhibit time from 10 AM to 8 PM
 1 monobloc chair
 1 table
 directory listing on newsletter to be given away on site and online

 selling (10-20% of sales will go to organizers)*

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES FOR EXHIBITORS
PACKAGE 4:
School Sponsor (P 25,000)

Pre-event
• Acknowledgement as School Sponsor on all radio** press releases, print media press releases***, online campaigns, video coverage Inclusion of name as School Sponsor and name of school in posters, flyers, banner ads on major news websites***, with links on the Sped Expo website (http://www.spedexpoph.com) to your school website
• 100-word feature post on the sped expo website
Event Proper
• Complimentary booth (table scheme) with flyer distribution, sampling rights and selling rights+
• One (1) small company banner or one (1) X-stand on site
• 2x loop of company AVP during registration (30-seconder material)
• 5 minute presentation/speaker privileges
• Live acknowledgement as School Sponsor during the event proper
Post-event
• ½ page feature and featured on directory listing on newsletter to be given away on the event proper and propagated via email and download.
• Advertorials with links to your website (worth P10,000) using blogs, online communities, and the Sped Expo event website


PACKAGE 5
Donor (P 10,000)

Pre-event
• Acknowledgement as Donor on all online campaigns, video coverage Inclusion of name as Donor and logo (small) in posters, flyers, banner ads on major news websites***, with links on the Sped Expo website (http://www.spedexpoph.com) to your company website
• 1 feature post on the sped expo website
Event Proper
• Complimentary booth (table scheme) with flyer distribution, sampling rights and selling rights+
• 1x playing of company AVP during registration (30-seconder material)
• Live acknowledgement as Donor during the event proper
Post-event
• ¼ page feature on newsletter featuring your company, products or service to be given away on the event proper and propagated via email and download.
• Advertorials with links to your website (worth P5,000) using blogs, online communities, and the Sped Expo event website

Deadline for expression of interest as an exhibitor-sponsor is on or before October 16, 2009.

A 10% early bird discount will be given to exhibitors who confirm on or before September 15, 2009.
